📦 Product Condition

• Items must be returned in like-new condition, ideally in original packaging.
  Custom or personalized 3D printed items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💰 Fees & Charges

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.
• No restocking fees for standard items.
• Custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
